This course is open to anyone 15 1/2 years of age or older and is designed to teach both new and experienced cyclists skills necessary to ride in traffic safely. Practice riding on an off-street range in included. Motorcyclist license or temporary permit required. Motorcycles provided.

film and discussions and demonstrations of photo techniques. Participants
should have an adjustable 35mm camera.

gardening. Plant selection, layout and design, soil preparation,
weed and insect control, and fertilization will be covered.
Learn color selection,
safe rotary cutting, and machine piecing a lap size quilt. Sewing
Machine, rotary cutter, clear 6 1/2" ruler, matt, and iron
is required.
This course will emphasize evaluation of letter construction, spacing conditions, and developing skills through the use of tools, materials and various techniques. First day attendance is imperative.

common repairs and maintenance of small engines such as mowers,
rototillers, chain saws and outboards. Students work on their own

A beginner hands-on class to learn the basic skills to make your
own "Tiffany Style" glass art. You will learn how to develop
a pattern, select and cut glass, assemble and solder a sun-catcher
and a small leaded panel. The instructor will furnish a complete
beginners kit the first night of class at an additional cost of
$115. Class is limited to 10 students.
Experience the "Joy of Painting" as seen on TV by participating
in this "BOB ROSS Workshop". No experience is necessary
and you will complete 6 beautiful paintings (3 landscapes, 1 floral,
2 ocean scenes) in a step-by-step fashion with a Certified Bob Ross
instructor. Bring only baby wipes, paper towels, and a SMILE. An
additional supply fee of $40 per class per student covers the canvas
and all of the necessary supplies and equipment to complete your
paintings. Class is limited to 14 students.
Donna Dewberry "One Stroke" painting technique. The student
will learn to paint on wood, glass, metal, candles, etc. Students
will finish and take home a project that evening. Supplies $10 extra
each evening, which will be purchased from your instructor. Class

This is a certification course. Students must be present for all
16 hours to be eligible to take the exam. This course will
cover causes of food borne illness, Principles of HACCP system,
occupational safety and health, and operational practices. Course
