Programs can also be customized for each client to address specific leadership development needs. Programs combine six to ten training modules presented in small, interactive groups with time between each session for homework and to try new skills.
Our Leadership Development Programs transform the beliefs, attitudes and habits of participants. Participants meet weekly or bi-weekly for 1½ to 2 hours to discuss each topic, plan how to implement the ideas and review effectiveness of their changes.
