In your junior year of Commercial Foods/Hospitality, you'll learn quantity food preparation, use and care of commercial food service tools and equipment, food safety, sanitation, food storage, variety of preparations for salads, meats, vegetables and fruit, baking, and counter service during your junior year.

As a senior you'll be introduced to the hospitality industry such as hospital/nursing home operations, hotel/motel industry, introduction to travel and tourism. In addition, you'll continue food studies and will be introduced to additional cooking methods.
