In
Culinary Arts you will learn the latest culinary arts and
restaurant management techniques. Students will prepare a variety
of foods and baked goods using state of the art commercial kitchen
equipment while operating the Garden Cafe restaurant.
Pro Start curriculum includes NRA certification.

Garden Cafe
The Garden Cafe serves lunch between 10:30-12:30 p.m., every
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The restaurant features a buffet
with salad, hot bar and desserts. The all-you-can-eat buffet with
beverage and tax is $6.
The restaurant, Victorian decorated with beautiful antiques, and
the Cafe is open to the public, individuals and groups. It is run
by the Restaurant Management Technology program and is designed to
be a teaching lab as well as a restaurant. For reservations
