In Automotive Collision Technology students gain real-life work experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles by learning the proper techniques in using hand and power tools and the latest in automotive collision equipment. While learning all about structural and non-structural damage analysis and repair over the course of this two-year program, students are involved in developing the skills necessary to understand mechanical and electrical components, plastics and adhesives, painting and refinishing, and basic shop and safety practices. At the completion of the program, careers await as a collision technician, automotive painter, industrial painter, automotive damage appraiser and many more.
