Skills learned in Carpentry include building techniques,
estimating, blueprint reading, cabinet construction, building
construction, interior wall finish and trim, and residential
wiring. Junior and senior students build a house off-site from
frame to finish.

The Apollo House
Every year students in the Carpentry program work together to
build the Apollo House. This year, the Apollo House is located at
5067 Shoshone Trail, in the Indianbrook subdivision, Shawnee, off
of S. Wapak Rd. and just north of S.R. 117.
