In Commercial Foods
/ Hospitality, you'll learn quantity food preparation, fast food
industry, restaurant industry use and care of commercial equipment,
safety, sanitation, food storage, variety of preparations for salads,
meats, vegetables and fruit, baking, cashier and counter service
during your junior year.
As a senior year you'll be introduced
to the hospitality industry such as hospital / nursing home operations,
hotel / motel industry, introduction to travel and tourism along
with introduction to grocery store operations. In addition, you'll
continue food studies.
