In Restaurant Management Technology you'll learn culinary skills, cooking techniques, nutrition, business training, CPR, introduction to hospitality, sanitation certification, food and beverage cost control, facility management and supervision.

Pro Start curriculum includes NRA certification. College credit is available up to 16 hours at eight Ohio and 14 national schools.

Garden Cafe

Careers - Human Resources/Services - Restaurant Management Technology

The Garden Cafe serves lunch between 10:30-12:30 p.m., every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The restaurant features a buffet with salad, hot bar and desserts. The all-you-can-eat buffet with beverage and tax is $5.

The restaurant, Victorian decorated with beautiful antiques, and the Cafe is open to the public, individuals and groups. It is run by the Restaurant Management Technology program and is designed to be a teaching lab as well as a restaurant. For reservations call 419-998-2945.
