College TECH PREP In Computer Assisted Drafting you'll learn basic instrument drawing, lettering, dimensioning, geometric tolerance, multi-view projection, sectional and auxiliary views. Students will learn residential architecture using SoftPlan architectural software and mechanical design using Auto Cad Lite 2002. Career possibilities include: Detail Drafter Drafter C.A.D. Operator Designer To be successful in this program, you should: Be able to picture how a finished product will look from concept to completed plans. Use technology to design products.
