Mission Statement:
All Apollo Career Center students will meet entry level requirements for the workforce and/or college.
At Apollo Career Center you can prepare to:
- enter the workforce after graduation or
- continue your education in a technical college or university.
|
Technical Skill programs are those
which prepare students for entry-level positions immediately after
graduation. Students may consider continuing education and/or technical
college at a later time.
Students enrolling in a technical
preparation (COLLEGE TECH PREP) program should plan to continue
their education. They should enroll in a technical college immediately
after graduation or realize that an associate degree (or more) will
probably be required for a job. COLLEGE TECH PREP programs at Apollo
are Computer Applications Programming, Computer Assisted Drafting,
Computer Network Support, Health Careers, Manufacturing Engineering
Technologies, Landscaping/Turf Management-Tech Prep and Internet
Design Technologies. It's important to have a strong math/science
background for COLLEGE TECH PREP programs.
