The Apollo Career Center’s HVAC course is 144 hours of classroom and lab instruction that covers: Introduction to HVAC, Trade Mathematics, Basic Electricity, Introduction to Heating, Introduction to Cooling, Introduction to Air Distribution Systems, Basic Copper and Plastic Piping Practices, Soldering and Brazing, and Basic Carbon Steel Piping Practices. Classes are from 6:00-10:00 pm, 2 nights per week and the cost of the class includes the EPA 608 certification testing fee.


* You must hold EPA certification in order to purchase and work with AC chemicals.
